An open oak lean-to porch on a stone cottage at Newcastle, near Monmouth, for Kev and Liz, built over the winter of 2021–22. A window directly above the door ruled out a gable. Two posts on staddle stones, no plinth, and the existing flagstones left where they were. They chose it because it makes more of the entrance and hides a pipe and a vent. Full design and build.
