What is this design?

This design adds an oak frame extension to a rendered bungalow. It is glazed almost all the way round between oak posts, stands on a low brick plinth, and has two gables facing the garden, both glazed up to the apex.

The renders show two roof options, one in tile to match the house and one in slate. Inside, the oak trusses and braces are left exposed under a vaulted ceiling, and glazed doors open onto the lawn.

This is a design drawn for one site. It has not been built, and it can be adapted to another site.
